Without Maggie and her therapy, I would still be self-harming and I would have found my exams much harder to cope with. I feel happier. I think about my actions first. Also, I cope with my self-harm much better. She helped me realize what I was doing and gave me the tools to make myself happy. She was understanding, listened and never judged me. This was very important to me.
